🌐 Steps to Add a New Domain in cPanel

  • Log In to cPanel

    • It is usually reached at yourdomain.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com:2083 .

    • Log in with the user name and password you received from your hosting provider.

  • Go to the “Domains” or “Addon Domains” Tab

    • In newer cPanel versions, there is a “Domains” tab instead of “Addon Domains”.

    • Click the “Create a New Domain” button there.

  • Enter the Domain Details

    • Domain Name: type the domain you want to add (for example: newsite.com).

    • Document Root: cPanel creates a folder automatically (such as public_html/newsite.com ).

    • You can change this folder manually if you like.

  • Complete the Process

    • Click “Submit” or “Add Domain” to add the domain.

    • Once the domain has been added successfully, you can upload your website to this folder.
