- Certificate of activity (issued by the Chamber of Commerce)
- Trade Registry Gazette
- Domain Name Allocation Form (available in the Downloads section) http://www.webevi.com/downloads.php
- Finally, if the domain name you are applying for is not related to your company name but is one of your brands, a Trademark Registration Certificate is required.
