👥 Creating a Mail Group in Plesk Panel

Creating a mail group in Plesk Panel is very useful if you want to send email to several people at once. With it, an email sent to an address such as team@yourdomain.com is delivered to all the group members you define. Here is how to do it step by step:

👥 Creating a Mail Group in Plesk Panel

1. Log In to Plesk

Log in to the Plesk control panel from your browser (https://server-ip-address:8443).

2. Go to the Mail Tab

Click the “Mail” tab in the left menu.

3. Create a New Email Address

Create a new email account to use as the group address (for example team@yourdomain.com).

4. Open the Mail Group Settings

Click the email address you created and switch to the “Mail Group” or “Forwarding” tab.

5. Define the Group Members

  • Tick the “Switch on mail forwarding” box.

  • Enter the email addresses of the group members separated by commas (for example: john@yourdomain.com, jane@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com).

6. Save

Click “OK” or “Apply” to finish.

From now on, all emails sent to team@yourdomain.com will be forwarded automatically to the people you defined.
