How Do I Renew My Service and Where Can I Find My Invoices?

Before your hosting, domain and other services expire, a renewal invoice is created automatically and sent to your registered e-mail address.

Where can I see my invoices?

  1. Log in to your client area on webevi.com.
  2. Go to Invoices (My Invoices) in the top menu.
  3. Here you can see all paid and unpaid invoices and download them as PDF.

How do I pay a renewal invoice?

  1. Open the invoice with the status Unpaid in the Invoices section.
  2. Choose a payment method:
    • Credit / debit card: Pay instantly through the PayTR secure payment page.
    • Bank transfer: Pay to one of the accounts in our "Bank Account Details" article. Remember to write your invoice number in the description.
  3. Card payments are processed instantly; bank transfers are processed after they are checked.

If I want to renew before an invoice is created

For domains, select the domain in My Domains and use the Renew option to renew for one or more years.

What happens if I do not pay?

  • Hosting: After the due date the service is suspended; the website and e-mail stop working. It is reactivated automatically once you pay. Services left unpaid for a long time may be deleted along with their data.
  • Domain: An expired domain becomes available to others after a while. For details, see our article on the domain expiry process.

How do I update my billing details?

In the client area, you can update your company name, tax office, tax number and address under My Account Details. New invoices are issued with the updated details.
