How Do I Open a Support Ticket?

When you have a technical problem or need help with something, you can open a support ticket from your client area. Tickets are recorded, and you can follow all messages in one place.

Opening a ticket step by step

  1. Log in to your client area on webevi.com.
  2. Click Support > Open Ticket in the top menu.
  3. Choose the department for your request (technical support, billing, sales, etc.).
  4. Write a short, clear subject and select the related service.
  5. Describe your problem in detail, attach a screenshot if needed, and click Submit.

Replies to your ticket are also sent to your e-mail address. You can reply from the My Tickets section of the client area.

To get your problem solved quickly

  • Mention the domain name and service involved.
  • Write the error message exactly, or attach a screenshot.
  • Write when the problem started and the last changes you made.
  • For e-mail problems, attach the full text of the bounced e-mail.
  • Do not open several tickets for the same issue; reply to the existing ticket.

Security warning

webevi staff will never ask for your password by e-mail or phone. If access is needed for a task, it is done only through a support ticket and with your approval.
